THESE ‘TERMS & CONDITIONS’ MAY VARY FROM TIME TO TIME. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU REVIEW THEM REGULARLY – CURRENT TERMS

Bam Bu Ku is operated by Ice Mountain Ibiza S.L a Spanish company, B66047010 registered at Cami d’Es Moli 10, 07820 Sant Antoni de Portmany.
 

 

DOOR POLICY 

We are a family orientated business therefore under 18’s are welcome with adult supervision. 

  • The management reserves the right to refuse admission to and/or eject any person appearing to be intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, or otherwise behaving dangerously or inappropriately. No refunds will be given under these circumstances. 
  • Food and drink purchased elsewhere may not be consumed inside the day club, this also includes food and drink from the THB Ocean Beach Hotel & O Beach Ibiza.  
  • Entry into the venue is at the manager’s discretion, any person refusing to comply with any regulation concerning public bathing or swimming will be asked to leave the premises. 
  • Please note that SLR Cameras and unauthorised video cameras are not permitted at any time. If you wish to record inside, please contact our team a week in advance. 
  • By entering Bam Bu Ku, you consent to being photographed or filmed and you consent to resulting materials being used for commercial distribution, publication, and communications, without payment or copyright. 
  • Animals are not permitted in the venue. 

 

BED BOOKINGS 

  • All bed bookings are based on a cover charge plus a minimum spend agreement. 

 

  • The cover charge is the hire cost of the bed and includes entry to the venue. 
  • The minimum spend is the minimum amount your party commits to spend that day on food and drink from the venue. If you do not reach your minimum spend during the hours of the event, you will not be refunded the difference and the remaining amount cannot be transferred to another booking or day. 
  • To complete your reservation, a non-refundable deposit is required. The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances including situations and events out of our control  but we will offer a change to a different date in 2023 , if you contact us at least 14 days prior to your original reservation date (subject to availability).  
  • All bookings are required to arrive before 1pm, after this time the bed will become available for resale.  
  • On the day of the booking, guests will be required to pay the remaining balance, plus a discretionary 10% service charge will be automatically added to the final bill. 
  • Your booking is allocated by our team on arrival. 
  • The outstanding amount of the booking can be paid up to 72 hours before the date the bed/table is reserved, however any additional spends over the minimum spend will need to be paid on the day to your waiter by cash or credit/debit card. 
  • By reserving two or more beds under the same booking order, we are unable to split the cost of the bill on the day. The cost will be charged on one bill. 
  • The bed you reserve is for a maximum amount of people. No extra guests will be allowed to join the reservation. 
  • Children under the age of 5 are not considered for the maximum number of guests for the booking. (Max. 2 children). 
  • Bed prices are subject to change during the season as per the Management’s discretion. We are not obligated to reduce the price of any previously booked bed if the price for other similar beds is reduced later. We are not obligated to notify clients of a change in price to other beds. 
  • We reserve the right to change the price of any booking should any errors have been made on our website or at the time of making a booking with our reservations department. 
  • Please note that we are unable to transfer bookings/deposits to our sister venue O Beach Ibiza. 
  • Please be aware of your belongings inside the venue, we cannot be held responsible for any unattended alcohol or personal items. 
  • Bam Bu Ku operates a policy in which you can hire towels for use with us directly for a 10€ deposit. This will be returned to you at the end of the day, providing you return the towel and receipt. You cannot leave the venue with the towel under any circumstances, however if you have purchased a towel from our Bam Bu Ku Boutique please retain the receipt as proof of purchase as you will be required to show this upon exit.  
  • Your booking is only valid for the for the date you have reserved, and will need to be shown upon entry. 
  • You are unable to use your minimum spend towards the Fam Bu Ku, the Flowrider or any other events. 
  • The management has the right to alter or vary events due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange bookings. 
  • Guests with bed bookings can enjoy the use of their beds from 11am until close. To confirm the closing time please contact our team, this can range from 9pm to 10pm depending on the day and time of year.  
  • For the payment of your order(s) you will be redirected to the website of the payment processor. Bam Bu Ku itself will have no financial information unless a manual booking is made with us via email. 
  • Payment is made via a secure connection. For more information, please refer to the website of the payment processor. We charge in the local currency of Euros; we are unable to specify the amount taken in other currencies. Your bank will determine this rate. 
  • Amex card payments will require valid photographic identification such as a passport or driving license unless it is operated with a chip and pin. For fraudulent reasons we will also require a photocopy of the card & ID. 
  • The purchaser represents and warrants that the booking is purchased for personal use only, and that it may not be resold or offered for resale by anyone. Resale or attempted resale is grounds for cancellation of the booking and the holder may be refused entry to, or ejected from the venue, without refund or other compensation. 
  • Due to Visa’s customer protection policies, we are unable to issue a refund directly to your credit card. You can contact your credit card issuer to request a chargeback. A chargeback is a process by which your credit card issuer reverses a charge on your account, effectively giving you a refund for the purchase. Your credit card issuer may have specific procedures that you will need to follow to request a chargeback, therefor you will need to contact them for more information. Once your credit card issuer has received your request for a chargeback, they will begin an investigation and will work with the merchant (us) to resolve the dispute. If the investigation determines that you are entitled to a refund, the credit card issuer will issue a credit to your account for the disputed amount. 

 

FAM BU KU BRUNCH BOOKINGS 

  • Your table booking is allocated by our team on arrival. 
  • The Fam Bu Ku brunch operates between 12pm-3pm. These timings cannot be changed. Should you arrive late or leave early, we cannot guarantee you will experience all the entertainment. Guests will be required to leave their tables by 3pm. 
  • Guests will be required to pay the remaining balance, plus a discretionary 10% service charge will be automatically added to the final bill. 
  • To complete your reservation, a non-refundable deposit is required. The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances including situations and events out of our control, but we will offer a change to a different date in 2023. You will need to contact us at least 14 days prior to your original reservation date (subject to availability and another brunch event).  
  • Please note that your table reservation bill cannot be transferred to your bed minimum spend on ‘special events’ and must be paid before leaving the restaurant.
  • Please be aware that we are unable to transfer bookings/deposits to our sister venues O Beach Ibiza. 
  • For the payment of your order(s) you will be redirected to the website of the payment processor. Bam Bu Ku itself will have no financial information unless a manual booking is made with us via email.

FLOWRIDER BOOKINGS 

  • All guests are required to fill out a consent form before the activity and provide valid photographic ID. 
  • Customers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an ID carrying adult when the consent form is signed. 
  • To ride the FlowRider you must be over 8 years old and over 1.4m tall. 
  • Bathing attire is required. 
  • Customers who have reserved for the FlowRider are required to arrive 10 minutes prior to their booking. 
  • To complete your reservation, a non-refundable deposit is required. The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances including situations and events out of our control  

 

RESTAURANT BOOKINGS 

  • Each restaurant reservation is for a maximum of 2 hours. 
  • Unfortunately, we are unable to extend this time in the event you are late for your booking as they are allocated time slots. 
  • Your booking is allocated by our team on arrival. 
  • To complete your reservation, a non-refundable deposit is required. The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances including situations and events out of our control. However, we will offer to change the date of your reservation in the same year if you contact us at least 7 days prior (subject to availability). 
  • The deposit paid for your restaurant reservation is deducted from the total of your bill. 

 

EL KIDDO BOOKINGS

  • All bed reservations for El kiddo include a minimum spend and cover charge, which includes the entrance fee to El Kiddo.
  • El Kiddo bed reservations follow the same terms as our usual bed bookings above.
  • Please note El Kiddo tickets only allow admission to the venue, this does not include a table in the restaurant. If you would like a table in the restaurant this will need to be booked separately.
  • Please note that your table reservation bill cannot be transferred to your bed minimum spend on ‘special events’ and must be paid before leaving the restaurant.

 

IBIZA BRUNCH CLUB BOOKINGS 

  • Ibiza Brunch Club is an ADULT ONLY event.
  • Each restaurant reservation is for a maximum of 4 hours ( 4pm- 8pm)
  • To complete your reservation, a non- refundable deposit it required. The deposit is non- refundable under any circumstances including situations and events our of our control. However, we will offer to change the date of your reservation in the same year if you contact us at least 7 days prior ( subject to availability).
  •  The inclusive drinks included in the Ibiza Brunch Club restaurant reservation is for a maximum of 2 hours, 

 

DRESS CODE 

  • Bam Bu Ku reserves the right to refuse admission for unsuitable attire which includes; body paint, fancy dress, novelty shoes, hen/stag accessories (including veils, sashes & matching t-shirts). Props including inflatables are strictly prohibited. 
  • All guests must wear suitable footwear and are also required to depart the venue fully clothed (tops & shorts/skirt) 
  • Sporting team tops are prohibited. To bathe in the pool, we do enforce that you wear proper bathing attire, you may not enter the pool fully clothed. Please note that topless bathing is not permitted in the venue. 

 

PERSONAL BELONGINGS 

  • We do not store any luggage, large bags or bike helmets at the venue Please note all customers are responsible for their belongings when attending an event.  
  • Bam Bu Ku does not accept any responsibility for any client’s personal items. Please report any lost property as soon as possible and we will do our best to reunite you with your items. 
  • For any lost property collected please be aware that we only keep items for up to 3 days after they have been reported lost, All items found within the venue will be kept for 3 days, after this time all items will be sent to the Guardia Civil. You can contact them on 971340502. 
  • Bam Bu Ku will not accept any liability for the loss of jewellery, other valuables or money contained within a deposited item(s). We would ask that all customers report immediately to the Manager any missing item, which has been deposited in the lockers or bed safes. 

 

FORCE MAJEURE 

In the event of severe weather, guests with bed bookings and tickets event reservations may be offered to attend on another date, (subject to availability, and in the same year as original the booking). Please note that these bookings must be changed before 12PM on the day of the booked event. Please contact our team on 0034 971 80 32 60. 

We operate a no refund policy, however in the case of force majeure (such circumstances include without limitation natural disasters or acts of God; acts of terrorism; labour disputes or stoppages; war; government acts or orders; epidemics, pandemics, or outbreak of communicable disease; quarantines; national or regional emergencies) you may be offered to attend on another date, (subject to availability). Please see our standard booking terms & conditions.  

 

SAFETY 

In case of Injury or accident, please make yourself known to our Staff. We do have a fully qualified lifeguard on each day to help in any medical matter. Please act and drink responsibly inside the venue, make sure you keep hydrated especially in the peak season when the sun becomes the strongest. 

No diving into the pool. 

No running around the pool. 

Drugs are strictly prohibited.
