We know these are difficult times, and we hope you can understand the steps we have chosen to take under the circumstances.
We are doing everything possible to control the situation to protect the island and the wellbeing of our guests and staff.
We will closely monitor the situation and keep everyone informed of any further action that needs to be taken.

 

BOOKINGS FOR 2022

At the time of making your booking at Bam Bu Ku Ibiza you are required to pay a non-refundable deposit.

For guests who make a new reservation and pay a deposit for a 2022 reservation, we can;

  • Change the date of your reservation free of cost to another date of 2022, subject to availability, and we must be notified at least 7 days prior to the date of your reservation.
  • Issue you with a credit note for the value of the deposit of your reservation to be able to rebook for an event in 2023 once these are released. If you are cancelling a booking, you must contact us at least 7 days prior to the date of your reservation on the deposit will be non-refundable.

FAQ’s

AM I ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND?

If in the circumstances we were to close the venue, we would offer a full refund of deposits paid for in 2022 for your booking. If you had made the booking redeeming a coupon, please note the coupon will be reinstated and is non refundable.

For dates that are scheduled to go ahead we are able to modify the date of your booking however unfortunately, the deposit paid is non-refundable.

Hygiene and safety measures

As it has always been, the safety and security of our guests and team members remains our highest priority. We are doing everything we can to ensure your safety and provide maximum flexibility as the situation around (COVID-19) continues to evolve. In compliance with recommendations from local health officials, we have implemented safety & hygiene policies to keep you safe.

We have partnered with Emergency Staff doctors & Olka risk protection consultants to ensure the very highest of safety, sanitation, food handling and employee training standards are in place.

 

CLEANING, DISINFECTION & PROTECTION

The use of masks will be mandatory for staff for all departments.
Masks will be available on request for customers.
Please remember that the use of masks is mandatory in Spain and must be on your person at all times.
We will have hand sanitizer dispensers throughout the venue.
We will prioritize the use of single-use products to minimize contact and establish protection systems at receptions and counters. This includes menus (digital menus will also be available), sauces and condiments.
We are reinforcing the cleaning and disinfection of the venue regularly.
The swimming pool is disinfected continuously as required by health and safety.
Smoking is prohibited.
We will expand the medical services to preserve the health of our guests and our employees.
This includes regular mandatory COVID-19 tests for staff and a mandatory training on COVID-19 prevention for all members of staff will be in provided.

SOCIAL DISTANCING

We will ensure that a safe social distance of both guests (outside of your own group) and staff within the day club is respected and maintained.

VOUCHER

Any coupons created in 2022 from a 2022 booking, are valid to rebook for all dates in 2023, subject to availability.

In the circumstance we are closed on the date you were due to attend, and you have been sent a voucher however would prefer to request a refund of these funds, this must be requested within 3 months of the notification.
Coupons issued in 2022 must be redeemed before October 2023, this cannot be used at a later date as it will expire.
Vouchers can only be used online through our website.

The credit note/voucher/coupon will be automatically redeemed by Bam Bu Ku Ibiza in the case of a ‘no show’ (if you do not turn up for your reservation), even if this is before the expiry date.
Any attempt of resale of any voucher will be immediate grounds of cancellation.
If the date you originally reserved for is cancelled and you have already been issued a coupon, the deposit is non refundable.

Any coupon created or issued in 2021, are valid to rebook for all dates in 2022. No previous coupon can be extended to 2023 or any other year.

Any coupon created or issued in 2020, that has already been extended with our reservations team before 15th October ’21 (as per the 2021 booking/voucher terms), are valid to rebook for all dates in 2022. No previous coupon can be extended to 2023 or any other year.
No pre-existing voucher from a 2020 or ’21 booking, can be extended to 2023.
